If you received a defective item, please notify us within 7 days of receipt via email to hello@jiasilin.com.my
a) Please explain nature of defect and include photos or video and kindly return the shoes to Jiasilin to be repaired.
b) Product must be in its original packaging upon return
c) Please include the necessary information (upon contacting us) on the return parcel for us to identify your product and purchase
d) Item(s) returned is/are not a special order item (stock ordered upon request), or customized products
e) Not Refundable unless the purchased size is not suitable and return product must be new.
f) Refunds will be processed within 14 business days after we receive your returned item(s)
g) For returned products due to defect parcel or incorrect size, buyer will need to bear the shipping cost.
h) We will refund you the purchase price (excluding discounts, or international shipping charges, if any)
i) International shipping charges (if item(s) is/are shipped free) will be deducted from the total refund of your returned item(s)
2. Abuse of 30-Day Refund
At any time, Jiasilin reserves the right to revoke any and all benefits of the 7-Day Refund (including the right to cancel a previously awarded refund), if it is found that a customer has attempted to or has violated or circumvented the 7-Day Refund Terms & Conditions. If the 7-Day Refund is being intentionally abused or manipulated to circumvent its intent, Jiasilin reserves the right to reject future 7 Days Refund claims from any persons who participated in such actions.
3. Cancellations:
Kindly note that we are not able to accept cancellations after an order has been placed on our website. Should you change your mind after placing the order online, you can opt to return the item at the terms above under non-defects.
